Back To School Backpack/Supplies Giveaway

Remember your first day back to school? The excitement? Your new haircut? New backpack? All new school supplies? You were ready to crush this school year! Well not all children are this fortunate.  Many children don’t have the luxury of  a new backpack and school supplies, of having that fresh new haircut or style.   Our goal is provide these basic needs to children who simply can not afford these things that were so available to us.

Our 7th annual Back To School Backpack & School Supply Giveaway is August 13, 2023 at Wilton Manors Elementary School. Every Child deserves to start the school year off  right by getting a fresh haircut, a new backpack, and all the school supplies they need to make this school year a successful one. Our goal this year is 2000 backpacks filled with school supplies. We have  given away over 7500 backpacks filled with school supplies since 2016.

We also have volunteer hairdressers that give the children a fresh haircut or some braids to get ready for the school year.  We also provide a hot meal and desserts provided by Casa Calabria & Piazza Italia.

Wilton Manors Elementary school has been our gracious host for the event year after year.

We are only able to provide these basic necessities to these very deserving children through your generous donations and we thank you.

BACKPACK GIVEAWAY EVENT INFORMATION

Place: Wilton Manors Elementar: 2401 NE 3rd Ave. Wilton Manors, Fl 33305

Date: Sunday August 13th 2023 (school starts August 21)

Time:12-5pm

What to bring: Your Child’s school list.  Child must be present to recieve backpack and supplies (no exceptions)

What to expect: Your child will walk with one of our volunteers from table to table to pick the school supplies on their list.  The can sign up for a haircut or braid.  They will be able to have a hot meal (children only).

Age: all grades k-12 may come and get a backpack and school supplies.

CASINO NIGHT FUNDRAISER 

We invide you to a night of glamour, gambling, and giving surrounded by exotic cars and fine art at The new Auto Toy Store.

On this night we let the chips fall where they land. We invite you to indulge in vice and chance, with every selection of seedy and seductive entertainment that exists at The New Auto Toy Store. Take a chance and play the hand you are dealt!

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS:  $125 per person. This includes $100 in gambling chips, Dinner buffet courtesy of Casa Calabria & Piazza Italia, 2 free drink tickets.

VIP TICKETS: $200 Per person. This includes $200 in gambling chips, Dinner buffet courtesy of Casa Calabria & Piazza Italia, OPEN BAR.
